This is an English translation provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version (Aviso legal) prevails.

In compliance with the duty of information set out in Article 10 of Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), the identification details of the owner of the website https://bricktech.es/ (hereinafter, the “Website”) and of the Bricktech software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform (hereinafter, the “Platform”) are set out below:

  • Incorporation: incorporated by public deed executed on 22 June 2026 before the Notary of the Illustrious Notarial Association of Madrid, Mr. Luis Ángel Jesús María Garay Cuadros, under protocol number 2,259, duly registered with the Commercial Registry of Madrid in accordance with the procedure of Article 15 of the Capital Companies Act (Ley de Sociedades de Capital) and with Law 14/2013, of 27 September, on support for entrepreneurs and their internationalization.

2. Purpose of the Legal Notice

This Legal Notice governs access to, browsing and use of the Website, as well as the general conditions applicable to the provision of the Bricktech Platform service, a customer relationship management (CRM) system powered by artificial intelligence aimed at real estate agencies and professionals, which integrates an artificial intelligence conversational agent for handling, qualifying and scoring sales opportunities (leads) through WhatsApp and other channels.

Access to the Website and/or use of the Platform implies full acceptance of this Legal Notice and of the Terms and Conditions of Use published on the Website, a document that governs in greater detail the contractual relationship between Bricktech, its Clients and the Contacts who interact with the Platform. If you do not agree with its content, you must refrain from using the Website and the Platform.

3. Status as a technology-based company / startup

BRICKTECH LABS, S.L.U. states that its activity consists of the development and provision of software solutions with artificial intelligence applied to the real estate sector, and that this does not involve the provision of real estate brokerage, legal, financial or valuation advisory services. Bricktech is exclusively a technology provider (CRM with AI); the contractual, commercial and real estate relationship with third-party leads is the sole responsibility of the Client using the Platform.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

All content of the Website and of the Platform —including, without limitation, the source code, software, algorithms, scoring models (“Bricktech Intelligence”), the conversational agent, databases, designs, interfaces, logos, trademarks (“Bricktech”, “Sofía”, “Bricktech Intelligence”), texts, graphics and images— is owned by BRICKTECH LABS, S.L.U. or its licensors, and is protected by Spanish and European Union intellectual and industrial property legislation (Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996, of 12 April, approving the Consolidated Text of the Intellectual Property Law, and, with regard to trademarks, Law 17/2001, of 7 December, on Trademarks).

The reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or reverse engineering of the Platform’s software, algorithms or AI models without the express written authorization of BRICKTECH LABS, S.L.U. is prohibited.

5. Third-party links (WhatsApp Business and other integrations)

The Platform integrates with third-party services, in particular with WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta Platforms, Inc.) and, where applicable, with real estate portals and other third-party tools. BRICKTECH LABS, S.L.U. is not responsible for the operation, availability, terms of use or privacy policies of such third-party services, which are governed by their own terms.

6. Personal data protection

The processing of the personal data of users of the Website and of the Platform is governed by the Privacy Policy published on the Website, as well as, where applicable, by the Cookie Policy and by the provisions of the Terms and Conditions of Use regarding the processing of Client and Contact data.

7. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law and in accordance with European supranational legislation based on its Directives and recommendations. For the resolution of any dispute, the clause on Governing Law and Jurisdiction of the Terms and Conditions of Use shall apply, without prejudice to the mandatory jurisdiction rules that may correspond to consumers and users under consumer protection legislation.
